In these challenging times, looking after our mental health has become more important than ever. Moving forward, we want to stay flexible around people’s needs, whether that’s continuing to work from home or making the team feel safer in the office.

We also know getting a work-life balance right can be tricky. That’s why we have a flexible working policy to help employees balance their commitments outside work with duties and responsibilities inside work.

Our wellbeing initiatives

  • Wellness plans – if you are suffering from a mental health problem or want to take a proactive step to stay mentally well at work, our trained mental health first aiders can work with you to create a wellness plan.
  • Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) – available for free to all of our employees and family members within their households.
  • Anti-harassment/bullying policy – we introduced this policy to make sure people can speak up and problems are addressed efficiently.
  • Wellbeing Wednesdays – drop-in sessions each week to tackle anxiety, answer any question or just to have a chat, as we make a return to the office post-pandemic.

Our goal is to break down stigma in the workplace and have an open culture to talk freely about our mental health without fear of judgement or it affecting our professional opportunities or progression, and thus we encourage our employees to talk to the firm’s mental health first aiders.
